They really are awful…they can’t keep RAC working, their new programs are broken…but at least “most” slips are online this year, kinda sorta.
No matter how poor their service gets I bet everyone still gets paid on Friday… well… unless they are still using Phoenix. 
Just sent a note to Steve Watson at EFile Association – first he’s heard of this not working, so wondering if ANYONE has gotten it to work?
I tried a half dozen times and it wasn’t available any time I tried.

It worked for me the one time I gave it a shot, and they called back within minutes!
Oh that’s good to know! I’ve tried probably 20 times, all without success.
During the tax season I used it successfully about 6 times, did get call back in less than a minute! the most recent attempt was May 4 and it was not working “due to technical difficulties”; so used the old fashioned method of general inquires line and only waited about 10 minutes.
