You might want to hold off installing. For me at least I could not scan or import into this version.
I reverted back to the previous version and everything is working as before.
EDIT: If anyone else has installed and had success with it please post as I guess it could be just me.
EDIT: Not just me but a select few have been chosen. 
i have had no problem you might want to check if run as administrator is checked in advanced under properties under the desktop icon

I can confirm the first fix, deleting the particular files, worked wonderfully for me as I was able to maintain my custom outline and many defined document types.
