Put this one under the heading of “head scratcher”.
I run RAC and a tab refresher, not that it works well, but … sometimes and more lately…it DOES seem to maintain RAC in a “logged-in” state. I can test this by going to the “Choose your Adventure” page (technically “View All Accounts” Screen ID WEL.01). This page is always avaialable when in a client account under the Profile and selecting the down arrow and View all accounts and is the general welcome page on login.
I can work for a while - in fact I was away for about an hour - and returned to the PC, checked by choosing my RepID account and a client and immediately saw that client’s info…BUT…IF I TRIED AN AFR…nope…wanted another login, despite the fact that I WAS already logged in. This has now happened several times.
It’s weird, because sometimes both parts work fine…and sometimes…they don’t. This appears to be a change over Easter weekend.
