Getting booted from RAC "payment screens" again - in less than 5 minutes!

Generally not “booted” as I can still re-access, but if I bring up a client payment listing (RT, RC, RP) and leave it “up” for any length of time - occasionally as little as 2 minutes - while I work on reconciling amounts…I get the blank “ngbeta” screen, need to refresh, reselect my Rep account, re-enter the BN and then…finally…back to where I was.

Anyone else seeing this, or is it just me? (Firefox mostly, on Win Server).

I don’t get logged out of RAC immediately, but it eventually happens (20 min maybe?).

Yup, it’s a PITA getting booted out if you have to do something else for 5 or 10 minutes. Sometimes it’ll come back if I hit F5 but most times I have to log in again. Just another reason to curse at CRA.

Yes - same here. Seems to be random in how long it lets me stay logged in. Some days, over 10 minutes; other days, under 2 minutes.
