Mounted Harddrive/Serve White Screen Issue

Does anyone have the issue where they open a TAXCYCLE file in windows on a mounted drive/server the tax cycle shows a white screen? The only way to open a file is to have taxcycle open and then double click the file then it will open

Have you set up a TaxCycle Server to index those files? That will mean that you can search for a taxpayer within the Client Manager…

Has your install of TaxCycle linked the extensions to TaxCycle? That means that you can double click a TaxCycle file to open TaxCycle. It also means that the file is identified as a TaxCycle file within Windows Explorer.

What version of Windows are you using? TaxCycle now works with Windows 11 and later.
