This is literally not what I need today! I came in early to get the pile of T1’s here completed and reviewd and TaxCycle won’t open! The window pops up, then nothing. I can’t even open it by clicking on a particular file. I’ve tried restarting, reinstalling, looking through the task manager, and sending an urgent message off. I just hope someone is awake that can help!
long shot but any chance installed the latest Windows 11 Insiders Preview? Rolling back was a quick fix for me.
Nobody should be running Win 11 in a production environement at this point in time.
It is not ready for prime time, let alone office work.

I know this is an old post but this is happening to me now. I can’t open the program at all or any of the files! What was your fix @nadia ?
Have you tried rebooting? Have you removed, rebooted and reinstalled? I’m running windows 11 with latest updates and it works for me
I had to re-install the program from the website and finally seems to be working. I have been receiving many error messages this year with Taxcycle too. I keep hitting “Report and Close” but it seems to continue with the task. Not sure what Taxcycle does with those reports.
