Is anyone else having issues getting into cra accounts. i am trying to access client files through rep a client. I am able to get to the spot where you input the account info info then when you click on the button beside the account info it just sits there and goes no further. I have tried different browsers and get the same response.
No Issues here. I have been in & out of client accounts all morning.
That seems happens now when you do not have access to the taxpayer account - you no longer get the error message, it just doesn’t do anything
I have been in a couple of times today without any issues
I was having a problem logging in around 7:00-7:30 am Ontario time today. I left it and tried again around 9. I got in without problem. I didn’t have to clear my cache or anything else.
No problem here today.
I can login and do everything but access the mail which is not nice.
Have had that in the past. It seems to come and go. Wait a day and try again?
I called to CRA and it appears to be an issue on their end to access Business accounts. This apparently has been going on since last thursday and the tech dept is currently trying to work on fixing it.
