If your windows machine has updated you to the latest version of windows 10 ,that was just released,and you are finding that taxcycle is running weird, you might wat to update it to version 1904.331 from the update catalog of windows, and everything should go back to normal. There was something in the print spooler that was a missed when they released the spring release now this is fixed if anyone is finding this and need help you can leave me a message and will try and help you.
