EFILE-TED send us an email with all the info and instructions to renew for next year under the subject "Electronic Services-2021 Program.
Never received anything yet i just check under the portal itself
If you have an efile number, you would have received an email recently.
If you have not, check your junk/spam folder.
Tim sorry never got it and cra cannot tell me why i did not get it hey i have only been doing this for 36 years you would think they would get it right
