CRA Webinar -- Digital Services for the Upcoming T1 Filing Season

Hi Folks,

The Feb 7th CRA webinar was supposed to be posted online at some point-- I wasn’t able to attend it live.

I’ve searched the CRA website but cannot find any reference to it.

Just wondering if anyone out there might have a link to it?

Thanks…Mike

Digital Services for the Upcoming T1 Filing Season

This webinar is available to all registered electronic filers

Date: Wednesday February 7, 2018 (English webinar)
Time: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm EST

The CRA is committed to enhancing communication with tax preparers, recognizing their role in helping Canadians get access to products and services that are easy to use and that assist them in filing accurate returns with the CRA. In this spirit, the Canada Revenue Agency invites electronic filers and members of the Efile Association of Canada to participate in an information sharing webinar about new digital features available for the upcoming tax season.

The webinar is free to all electronic filers but registration is required as space is limited. The CRA will post the webinar online for the convenience of individuals who are not able to participate on February 7th.

This webinar will cover new CRA initiatives such as ReFILE and Express NOA followed by a question and answer session. The CRA will not address account specific issues during the webinar.

If you would like to attend, please register at the link below before February 5, 2018.

EFILE Assn says it should be out by Feb 26, the first day of efiling.

So nice to be able to see it BEFORE efiling.

Thanks Helga!

As of now, I can’t find the webinar and EFILE .ca promised to provide a link and I see none there either.

Most webinars, if archive copies are subsequently available, can be found within 24-48 hours after the live presentation. Plus, the presenters send you the link to the archived presentation.

Is CRA now editing the contact before posting it?
