The client manager doesn’t always seem to display the correct invoice amount for me on coupled returns. It is sometimes incorrect on the secondary taxpayer.

in what view due you have it set I have mine set to client card and it shows the proper amounts for all my couple returns? I just check all the ones I have done

It was in the “List returns view” I was looking but it is wrong on the “Client card view” as well.

On the return I was just looking at, after opening and locking, it corrected the amount in the Client Manager. That brings up another point I had called in, the files are not locking after transmitting when I am batch filing. They do however lock when filed individually.
