How do I fix error code 92124

So I am trying to file a 2018 tax return and it am getting the error code 92124
Your client is no longer entitled to claim the Canada Pension Plan overpayment because the filing date of this return is more than four years after the end of the tax year.

So I went to S8 and I did an override to not claim the overpayment but it still keeps giving me the same error code. I am not sure what else to do. Am I missing a step?

It also said I do not need to have the client resign because the difference is under $300 is that correct also?

ok so I was able to reach the help desk and all I needed to do was reduce the CPP less the overpayment amount. that was easy
