This is an issue with S3. Either there’s an extra line generated at the bottom (blank property), or it’s a property located outside Canada.
To solve the problem, case 1, delete the extra line, for case 2, enter a Canadian Province and Postal code. It’s the same treatment of the rental income in T776 when the property is located outside Canada.
