Error Transmitting AUTH01

I have transmitted two AUTH01 forms this morning for a couple late arrivals. On both I have received the following error message: “TaxCycle received an unexpected response from the CRA: 500. Please try again later.”.

This is a new one to me. And, of course, it happens on a deadline day. CRA doesn’t make life easy.

500 error = CRA’s servers are experiencing a problem and are unable to process your request

Thanks @centuryaccountants. I’ve never seen this message but on June 2, I’m not surprised CRA is “experiencing a problem”!
