Hello,

Is there a template available or an option to select to get TaxCycle to print all engagement letters in active file to one PDF? Right now it will only print the engagement letter for the selected client. The purpose is to send out one PDF package for all the engagement letters for all the tax payers in one given file as a preseason package.

You have a few options to try:

  1. Create a print set and then use the Print/PDF Family (under the File menu when you have the return open) to select and print that print set for all family members.

  2. Batch print. Select all the people, add to batch, and then just enter the name of the letter, Engagement to print it to the printer that is default for single form print of that letter.
