Engagement Information not populating

For the last several weeks the engagement information page in our T1 return. Our firm does a bulk carryforward from the previous year, and then we update them from planning to filing as the paperwork comes in. In the last few weeks we have discoverd, that on any of those returns that had been carried forward, the engagement information page does not populate with our firm information. It also does not pull the correct e-file information when selecting what text to send with the e-signature email. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check your Options Profile is the one that has the relevant preparer details you are expecting.

The information that gets sent with the esignature request comes from the “Message” template selected in your print preferences. Check that this is set-up the way you want.

We have tried it with that section selected and unselected. I also noticed last night that when we are requesting e-signatures, the client letter is not detecting that the returns are going to be e-filed, and contains the information for our paperfile returns.

Without seeing your set-up it is difficult to say what the issue may be, Your best bet is to contact support so they can check your settings/templates for you.
