Version 13.2.54216.0 recognizes my Canon MF451dw scanner as a WIA and the right scanner dialog box does not open (not the right one). The last version that worked for me is 13.1.52818.0
Please go to your Options profile in DoxCycle and selct Scanner on the list and have the box as shown on the image below, unchecked. And then Apply and OK and try again.

When i uncheck this box, my scanner does not appear on the list !!!
You may need to close DoxCycle and re-open it.
