Scansnap will sometimes scan to an open Doxcycle anccount and other times it will try to open a new Doxcycle file. I recently installed a new scanner that will work once and then will try to open a new file. Any idea why this is happening ?
I’ve passed this onto our engineering team to see if they an reproduce the issue.
