Something I have noticed with this version is after saving a document to a separate pdf file in another location from Doxcycle and then subsequently trying to delete this newly saved file I get the following message.
I do not recall this behavior previously.
I have to exit Doxcycle in order to delete the said pdf file.
Not sure if it is specific to me and my scanner at this point or Doxcycle itself but i can no longer scan double sided using the “Multi-page or other” presets (double-sided) selections.
I had not changed these settings since the update to Doxcycle.
Everything previously functioned as expected.
In some testing:
With “Enable duplexing” unchecked items scanned are scanning in duplex and the aforementioned “Multi-page or other” presets do not function.
With “Enable duplexing” checked nothing is scanning.and the aforementioned “Multi-page or other” presets do not function.
The printing to Doxcycle from Taxcycle function was restored in the last update but it now just prints to the principal taxpayer where it used to print to the correct individuals.
I tried print to DoxCycle from TaxCycle with a T1 that included a Principal and Spouse and it works for me printing from a print set and from the Family print. Can you walk me through the steps you are taking so I can try to replicate on my end?
When I add dependent tax returns to the file I get the same result as you using the family print option. It works for correctly for me with when there is just a principal and spouse in the file. I have logged it with the details for the engineering team to investigate.
We use it all day every day, just not the same way you are. We use it to store the documents clients send us digitially. We store their digital copies of T1s, T2s, etc. to their TaxFolder account so they can download it as needed.
