Custom lines on invoice

Good afternoon, I am wondering if there is a way to add a custom item to come up on the per schedule charges section of the invoice. We charge for mail out as well as a surcharge for rush returns. I would love to have the option to add a couple of my own items there, so that my preparers do not have to remember to add them in to each invoice.
