I am in Salisbury NB with rogers… (Eastern Canada and rural)… still have problems.
RAC doing stupid CRA tricks again: logged in via Firefox, reloader operating, no issue throughout the day until…a corporate AFR…and then RAC asks for me to login…again, in a new tab. I do…and it refreshes the original tab, kicking me out…then closes the new tab…but it DOES actually download the AFR. With both tabs closed out.
WTF? How do any of these people have jobs?
Is it time to start a major Complainathon from all of us? (I just got the Efile Association’s Annual Survey today and a whole bunch of RAC issues were on my notes…but this happened after I submitted. I’ll be sending an addition! )
Where is CPA on this? They should be hounding Bob WK Hamilton relentlessly! Silence though.
I filled out that survey today, and likewise, forgot to mention this issue. I’ll send Steve an email.

Filled out the survey last night and TOTALLY vented about CRA - phone
lines and the T2 authorization mess
Where is the survey located? Is it by invite only ?
If you’re a member of the Efile Association of Canada you will have received an email from Steve with the survey. If not…you should join! 
Still happening for me on occasion as well.
I haven’t been able to see a pattern at this point.
