Wondering if it would be possible, when comments are made in workflow, to have the checkbox turn a different colour, and to have the text of the comment shown in the file history…
That should be fairly easy to do.
I assume that changing the colour of a workflow item checkbox when a comment is entered is to make it standout? Do you want this because they require attention or just a friendly reminder?
Yeah, just to make it stand out so you can easily see it, as soon as you open the file. No sign off required, just visibility.
