CM - Fields not updating (Quality of life)

LIST CLIENTS VIEW

All my clients that have email addresses on the “Info” screen also has preferred contact method as “Email” on engagement screen. On the list clients view some files show that an email address is present but correspondence is blank (or something else). Other files show email in the correspondence column but have no email entered.

I have confirmed that all the files that are not showing these details correctly have the correctly setup on the “info” and “engagement” screens. Regardless of how many times I re-index the files (file server management).

I have set up a new server on a different computer, same results.

When I make changes to files that are correctly showing “email” with an “email address”, they change and update the List Clients View immediately.
