When creating a list using Client manager, I then export contact information and the exported list has less then half of the names found on Client manager. Can anyone tell me what im missing
What filters/settings are you using? Is there a pattern in the information that is not getting included in the exported list (ie corporations, non-TaxCycle files)?
There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason for it.
First attempt this morning, Client manager > Quick Search > 2022 > T1 generates a list of approx 1000 names. Next click on export search results. An excel sheet opened with about 400 names on it???
Second attempt just now and excell list has only 52 names on it
51 names today
