Client Manager - Quick Search

I am unable to create any quick searches in the client manager. I currently have abut 30-35 tax returns in various stages but when I go to client manager and try to do a quick search it looks as if there are no returns yet for 2025.

When I try to do a search of 2025 T1’s i get a message that Taxcycle was unable to complete your search request. Run a server diagnostic now.

When I click on Server Diagnostic i get a message that The Client Manager server is available. The Diagnostic was successful (151 clients) but still no search results were found.

Any suggetions?

Has you Client Manager settings been updated to include the 2025 folder?

In Options, go to Client Manager
Click on Open detailed configuration options
Go to Monitored Folders and check the see if 2025 is listed

Here is what my Options show. I don’t remember changing anything every year. the Subfolders box is checked so that should pick up each year.

I am not all that techy so excuse the way I put things if you are techy, but your “Log on account” looks like mine would when I lose access to my server.

This always happens to me if I download from the site as opposed to the auto update.

This always fixes me up.
