In the Client Manager, we used to be able to simply click on the Reference field to copy the SIN/BN without spaces - as noted in the thread below. It doesn’t work for me anymore - since last week, maybe? Has anyone else experienced this?
Doesn’t work for me either using version 13.2.53809.0
Considering, I’ve never tried before, I can’t say for sure when it stopped working.
Best I can do is click on the SIN/BN a couple of times slowly (not a double-click to open the file just click then click again), then highlight and copy. Of course, that includes the spaces so, not very practical.
I just tried it for a T2, I am working on with a year end 2023. It worked for me and the TaxCycle version is 13.2.53840.0

Tested on 4 different computers - 2 running Windows 10 Pro, 1 running Windows 11 Pro, 1 running Windows 11 Home
Doesn’t work on any of them.
Thought it might have been related to Windows version, but obviously not.
What’s different about your configuration, @wem ?
It works for me as it always has but that may be different than what you are trying.
I have always selectred the client in the client manager and then clicked on their SIN under their name in the pane at the bottom for copying.
Interesting. I didn’t know about that. But, it doesn’t work for me right now either.
