Client Manager Fields

Periodically I use the client manager to update the current status of the various T1’s in progress. If I want to make a note on the status of a return I have to open that return, make the note, and then save/exit the return. Normally that’s not a big chore but in March/April it would be nice to make those small notes on the CM list as I’m reviewing the status of all returns. Client Manager Efile Status

We have returns showing in the client manager as “ready to efile” that have been filed and accepted. If I open the return it correctly shows as accepted but in the client manager it does not. The only way I have found to make client manager update their status is to open the return and individually print the Efile receipt. Why is the client manager not showing the correct status and what can we do to fix this?

I’d like to have this ability, too.
