I have noticed that when you change a mobile number for a client(in the approvals and signature section), there is no way to save it, unless you click edit signature fields and move it a bit and then hit send for signatures.

You can update the mobile phone number in TaxFolder here
That is what I done first, but it doesn’t save it in the other sections for when I hit resend requests
What I done first was:
I have a client that a document waiting for them to sign is showing sent in Approvals and Signatures area. Client tells me that they gave me the wrong cell number.
Steps I done to make it work for me:
I hit the drop down menu on far right of document and click edit fields.
I change the cell number to correct number (there is then no option to save it as when I just close it doesn’t save the number)
So what I done after that was just click edit signature fields and slightly move the signature field and then I can send for signatures.
I made it work, but I think that once it is changed in client settings it should change everywhere.
@mjeconsulting When you select to resend - this is information coming from the Taxcycle and not from TaxFolder. Hitting re-send will not check to see if there has been a change in the phone number field in your TaxCycle account. Currently you would need to send as a New print request to TaxFolder or edit the document and send as you have discovered. I think we discussed doing a verify on the mobile phone field in case it changed on a resend, but I will have to check.
