I did the latest update and now i have a blank Welcome page.

Nope. Everything normal after the update.
For myself I believe the “News” was no longer displayed but it returned after a program restart if that is what you are referring to?
What I found after installing the newest version, is that the TaxCycle icon on the toolbar is just a white rectangle as opposed to the normal blue background. I restarted my computer and the icon is the same white rectangle. I’ve also found the program takes a bit longer to open a new instance of the data file.
I have that sometimes.
Unpin the icon from the taskbar. Close the file. Reopen the file and pin it to the taskbar again.
That is what I had to do today.
