Amended T5

We have amended a T5 that has already been efiled.

Following the instructions, we clicked on the “Transmission Successful” link. The new window underneath opens but the link to click to file Amended or Cancelled slips seems to be disabled.

We have marked the slip as amended.

Is there a step we are missing?

An option to check:

Under TaxCycle - Transmission - Workflow options…there is a checkbox called “Allow the dismissal of successful transmission messages”, this needs to be selected on to allow for transmission of successive amended/or cancelled files.
