I had a bunch of that off and on yesterday with trying to log into the CRA website through RAC. Same error code.
It seems to me that the availability of T1 slips though AFR is much slower and less reliable than in previous years. Even T4’s are routinely missing, not to mention T5’s and T3’s.
I am finding myself needing to be more cautious and delay filing T1 returns for fear that more slips will pop up later.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, of course… all tax preparers are facing the same issues.
As the Slip filing season was a bit of a mess, CRA does not have everything populated.
I file T4s, T4As and T5s for corporate clients/ I can attest it was a nightmare, and I am a small one person firm.
I can only imagine the issues large employers, organizations, etc. have had to deal with.
The deadline to file Slips was extended from Feb 28 to March 7th due to the major upload issues.
It would translate that CRA cannot possibly have slips online if the slip issuers are having difficulty uploading these same documents.
Given the above, there could also be a lag between the time CRA receives and approves it to be populated to their system.
Hope this provides some insight.
What a screw-up. Tried completing a pair of returns today for a longstanding client. AFR had their CPP & OAS slips. That’s it. Should have had 3 T4RIF’s and a T5. It’s going to be a dirty couple of months. Working on another couple who haven’t filed since 2021. For 2022, AFR worked fine. Picked up all info properly. Returns included a capital gain, which I can efile. Lucky for me they sold the property in 2022, not 2024.
