I’m putting the finishing touches on my pre-season templates and was hoping I could include a weblink in the cover email that goes out with my engagement letter. I want my clients to be able to click the link in the email and fill in the details in the JotForm document I created, in addition to signing the engagement letter.
When I send the test email to myself, I see that the hyperlink data is removed from the email. Is there a way to work around this? I also included a link in my preseason letter, but since that is converted to PDF that also essentially removes the link.
Is there a trick to this that I’m not seeing?
