Unclassified Documents in DoxCycle

A couple problems we’ve been having in DoxCycle.

  • We’re finding that there’s more and more documents not being recognized by DoxCycle that used to be recognized in the past. Now when we scan documents in the majority of them come up as unclassified.

  • The post annotation won’t open completely on some of the scanned documents in DoxCycle.

  • Is there something on our end that we need to change? Has anyone else seen this happen?

Have you been running the classifier when you change the form from Unclassified to the correct name. The Classifier will “learn” the new form.

Thanks. Yes, we’ve been using that. It’s just disappointing that so many forms previously recognized have to be relearned again.
