I’m filing MY OWN (!) UHT form and am getting repeated errors…first “002” is wrong…eh what? That’s my name…alright…CRA has suddenly decided I no longer have a middle name. Oh…fun.
Now I’m getting a series of errors that they can’t identify, so I thought I’d go back and start over. Fix name…all the identifying info disappears…address…everything. Sigh.
The Information section can either be imported from the details on the Info Worksheet (you should see a dropdown in the top part of the form) or manually entered on the UHT-2900 form.
Once you have resolved the issue with matching line 002 with CRA records, if you are still hitting any error messages, please notify our support team at info@taxcycle.com so we can investigate.
So it appears that CRA just “decided” to drop my middle name. No one actually knows why…but the very kind agent (really…actually helpful!) on the other end managed to identify the problem spots and we corrected things. Five tries later…success! LOL.
