Tuition CFWD AFR vs S11 review message

I’m looking at a T1 file that has a value entered in S11 line 1 as a unused tuition credit carry forward; however, the AFR data is showing there is $nil to carry forward. There doesn’t appear to be a review message being generated in this case to identify the difference.

Is there any reason for this, or could the existing review message be modified to also flag a difference in this scenario on both the federal or provincial schedules (I’m pretty sure I’ve seen tuition review messages where there is a carry forward value >$0 in the AFR data, and the AFR value differs from the S11/ABS11 value)?

The current messages are worded to say there is nothing in Schedule 11 but AFR gave us a value. We will look into implementing messages for the opposite.
