It would be great if we could merge clients in TaxFolder who accidentally got fractured when a new email address swap wasn’t entered in the correct order between TaxCycle and TaxFolder.
Any update on the possibility to merge clients in TaxFolder?
We have created a scope of work for this feature but have not yet put it into the release schedule. Part of this work will need to expose the email address the client is using to sign in with so you can determine which login details to keep on merge, for clients using the client portal. I am hoping to get this done before the fall.
Related, but any easy way to search for empty TaxFolder clients? Not just not connected, but has never signed anything or sent anything/received anything? We sold off 2000 clients and are trying to clean up TaxFolder while keeping the signed T183 forms intact and it’s a slow slog 
This would be the preferred option. I have several clients that have used different email addresses. Instead of deleting, merging them would be better. TaxFolder should offer this option so as to a better way to clean up the TaxFolder client list
