Taxfolder signature on TP-646

I’m in Quebec and I just created a T3 print set for signatures much like I have for T1 and T2. I added the T183 and TP-646 to the print set, but when I sent it for signature only the T183 came back with a signature. The TP-646 was blank. Taxfolder says it accepts it for signature, and Revenu Quebec accepts it. I’m I doing something wrong or is it not working?

It appears that the eSignature on the TP-646 is currently broken. We will get that fixed in the next update. For now, you can print to PDF and create the signature request directly in TaxFolder.

Thanks. Is there a timeline on that update? I have to file a lot of these things by Tuesday and it’ll add several minutes to each one doing the signature manually. I’ll do it if necessary but if an update is forthcoming before Tuesday I might hold off.

Unfortunately, there is no release planned before Tuesday.
