TaxFolder not downloading files

What is going on with TaxFolder. I have been trying to download files for about 20 minutes. It’s just hanging.

All services are up and running. We did do an update earlier this morning at around 10am MST - is that when you were having issues?

If this is still happening, please contact support at 1-888-841-3040 (during support hours) so we can get additional information from your system.

I’ve been having the same issue all day (and right now).

This issue was fixed last night. It should be working now.
