Tax Folder

is thier anyway to delete a posting. It just started working again in the morning. But it has happened at least 3 times in 6 weeks of tax season. I have log in and out and even shut my computer down. So I just turn everything off and try again in the morning and that usually works.

Anyone else have problems with Tax Folder shutting down on them a few time since March. I do my taxes in the evening and weekends and I have been stopped from doing my tax returns because I cannot get tax folder to open. So I cannot see what my clients have uploaded into them… His puts me behind in my schedule.

We monitor up time very closely and have not had any significant issues this tax season. If you are working into the evening it is possible the login token has expired. See if logging out of TaxFolder and then logging back in helps resolve this for you.

If the issue persists, reach out to support and ask to have someone check to see if there is a conflict with some other virus or firewall software on your system.
