To be clear, you need to enter:
https://qa.taxfolder.com in your browser, from an IP that you have whitelisted with us.
In the production site, we can do some magic to redirect you to the secure site automatically (the s in https stands for "secure), but for QA we have that limitation.
So far; in the limited testing that I have done, everything that I have played with seems to be working.
I can log into the site https://qa.taxfolder.com as the preparer and as a client that I have added with a different email address. I have turned on the 2FA with success. I have dragged regular documents into a clients engagement or folder, as well as manually created documents that require a signature… signed them and sent them back to the preparer. Profile photo showing up on client login page, company logo showing up in emails sent from TaxFolder to both myself and clients.
The only thing that I have encountered is Taxfolder correspondence going to people with real “outlook” email addresses are being treated as junk.
