Where can I find the User Guide or has it been replaced with just the videos? I have hired new staff & realized my copy is outdated. TIA.
When you go into the documentation page, you are provided with a list of high-level topics.
When you go into any topic, you will see the table of contents on the right.
If you are looking for a training manual, that is available at https://www.taxcycle.com/documentation/training-workbook/
I think that is now the only part which is available in PDF format. The rest is only available in HTML.
