So this is now the fourth time that I’ve clicked on something (usually “Print Family” or “Save”) on the shortcut bar and TC has just…disappeared. Yep…gone from the screen.

Good grief!! Is that somebody’s idea of a belated April Fool’s joke? I have 2 review engagements Tim trying to finish since they bring in a good chunk of money, so I’m hoping to get my T1’s done by midnight tomorrow. No time for crashes.
It’s taking forever to send things from TaxCycle to TaxFolder since yesterday. Had hoped it would be resolved but nope. Everything is showing up in TaxFolder long before TaxCycle updates on it’s end that forms have been sent and engagements created.

I have been told that it should be working now. Could someone retry and report back please?

It’s EXTREMELY slow, but the site is loading again.
We are investigating some performance issues, will report back ASAP

Mine threatened to quit last night, but not since.
This issue should have been resolved as of 1:30 pm MST, and TaxFolder performance tracking on our side has seemed to stabilize.
If you continue to have issues, please let me know.
Thanks Aaron. No improvement on my side. Extremely slow loading in TaxFolder website no matter what I’m trying to do in there.
We are working on a solution to TaxFolder, we are expecting some downtime over the next 30 minutes. However, this will solve the issue you have been experiencing around slowness.

TaxFolder experienced intermittent slowness earlier today. A brief maintenance outage was conducted at 2:20 p.m. MT / 4:20 p.m. to implement a fix. This maintenance is now complete and performance is improving.
