I experience tax information loss. Entire T1 information disappear when I try to submit to CRA. I am unable to reload the information. I already file spouse information.
It looks like protax team doesn’t have sufficient knowledge to resolve it today.
Not that this should happen, but is there no backup copy?

“ProTax” is Intuit’s name for their integrated tax component of QBO - is that what you are referring to? If so, please be specific - the rest of us on this forum are primarily TaxCycle users. As such, we really don’t care if “ProTax” has problems… 
Good catch on that. No one here cares about Profile or Intuit
