Is any facing issues while accessing tax folder of not secure connection

Me and my clients are facing issues with tax folder, I am not able to send any engagement letter or invitation to my clients nor able to open the tax folder. And my clients are not able to upload their documents showing the same error.

Is anyone having the same issue currently?

and know how to solve it

I am having the same issue. It seems like taxfolder website is down.

Getting error message “taxfolder unable to create a client”

There was a hiccup with the renewal of the site certificate for https://taxfolder.com. This was resolved Saturday Feb 28th around 9:10 PM MST.
