How we can download more than one employee T4 copy Individually in a Zip file.
i.e. if a company has to issue 100 employees T4s named with individual in a Zip file for employer. So that employer can extract zip file and send individually to employees.
Windows has built-in zipping capabilities. Using Explorer or File Manager or whatever they are calling it now, select all the PDF files, then right-click, and choose Send to… → Compressed (zipped) folder
Alternatively, you can install a third party utility to do the zipping. There are many such free utilities out there. Probably also similar tools on free websites, so you don’t have to download anything. But, if you’re using Windows anyway, why not use the built-in zipping function?
