We can’t e-file our T4ARCA’s. Have an orange box that says " There are no eligible returns to transmit or the relevant transmission modules are no enabled"
Our transmission option’s all look correct. Any idea’s would be appreciated.

This generally means there are no slips entered or they are marked as excluded for transmission. Sounds like that may not be the case here. Please reach out to support and they can provide you with a secure link to share the file so we can take a look.

T4A-RCA can’t be electronically filed and remains Paper filed…that’s why the “no eligible returns” message is shown. If/when CRA decides to create xml specifications for those slips we would then implement electronic filing similar to other slip return types. More information regarding T4A-RCA can be found here:
