t4 reduced ei internet

“Resolve outstanding errors before transmitting”

A number of my accepted T4 files display the “!” in the Client Manager regarding the T4 REDUCED EI INTERNET which has no relevance in the return.

Any idea why?

Some adjustments have been made to client manager in yesterday’s release…our developer recommended re-indexing the client manager after verifying that no recipients have the reduced EI checkbox filled out.

That didn’t solve it.

Reopening and saving seemed to clear the flags.

Annoying exclamation marks are back!

I have found the problem and fixed it. The T4 module wasn’t correctly reporting the T4 Reduced EI status to the Client Manager.
