Is it possible to access T3 accounts on line? Doesn’t seem possible through RAC but calling 8281 gets the usual lengthy wait followed by “I’ll transfer you” to the next wait.
Unfortunately, once you mention “T3” or “Estate”, you get transferred to a senior agent. Double the wait.
So now almost 2 years later we finally have RAC access to T3 accounts - and there is NO useful information available on there, no mail, no account activity not even recently assessed tax return info…wtf??

Of course there’s nothing there. That way Management can trumpet how we now have “access” to T3s and provide absolutely nothing useful. (Do I sound jaded?)
I have no idea how Bob W. K. Hamilton still has a job running CRA. Their Management is fearful and decidely stupidly cautious, except when it comes to handing out taxpayer cash…and then they go overboard with zero checks and balances. Simply awful.
