As the fields for Engagement and Info tabs are all unique, it would be beneficial that the import from excel feature would allow us to build a larger all-encompassing template.
For example, we have a working paper that populates information needed on both of these tabs by exporting the two tab Excel templates and putting the rows from one into the other. But in order for it to work - we have to go to Engagement - and import - get the error message about the Info tab fields not found, then go to the Info tab, and import - and get the error message about the engagement tab fields not found.
If we are striving for pure integrations with Xero and CSV customizations, we should be able to create one massive template to populate all fields - even if we have to do it ourselves the way I mentioned, but allow the upload fields to be populated.
