When I onboard a new client I have to collect a lot of personal information and enter it into taxcycle. e.g. Name, address, date of birth, SIN, etc.
I send a fillable PDF that the client completes and uploads to a secure folder in the cloud.
Is there a document that can be used to have clients complete that we can then import into taxcycle? I’m just trying to automate my processes as much as possible.
It it was me I would use a protect Excel sheet that lets your client enter the information in the cell., but stops them from changing other things. Then you can to the import from Excel.
